Your lymphatic system is an entire network of tissues and organs that help remove toxins and waste from the body. Its primary function is to transport lymph, which contains white blood cells that fight infection. That makes this system of prime importance to supporting immunity.
The only problem is that this system doesn’t have its own pump, so it depends on your body's movement to keep things optimal. When you move, your muscles' contraction becomes that pump that helps to move lymph throughout your body.
Dancing is a great practice to support your lymphatic system and give it some love for all that it does to support your wholebeing.
