Zoom Troubleshooting Tips

If you are unable to access a Zoom meeting, below are some tips you can try to gain access.

• Check that you are using the correct password (If logging in from a computer, the password will be a series of letters. If logging in from a phone, the password will be a series of numbers)

• Log out of your Zoom account and try re-entering the meeting

• Try accessing Zoom from a different web browser

• Restart your computer or device
