Today we will talk about the cyclical aspect of nature and how rhythm is necessary for life.
Even if we do not live as bound to the seasons as 200 years ago, we still are part of nature and are affected by its changes in temperature, weather, and amount of sunlight. These changes remind us that we, too, have cycles and phases, and to recognize and honor them can help us to replenish ourselves and not burn out.
Join me today for our Nature FIX to learn how to identify the cycles of rest and activity that support your personal well-being and health. Please bring some paper/notebook and a pen.
