Unless you've ever experienced a shoulder injury, you probably haven't realized how much you use them every day, whether pushing, pulling, or lifting things over your head. For example, you engage your shoulders when passing food across the table, throwing a baseball, or lifting an extra heavy bag. The stronger your shoulders are, the more effortless certain movements will be.
The focus for this week's class will be three similar yet different movements- I, Y, and T raise. These movements target the shoulders to improve mobility, strength, and stability. Join me for an experience that will help you find healthy alignment and work on building stronger shoulders.
