    Let's have a ball!

    Have you ever had that moment where your brain is tired, and your body feels tired too? And there are still many tasks and many hours before the end of your day?
     
    What do you do?
     
    Get another cup of coffee? A muffin? Watch a funny cat video?
     
    Most people have a 90-minute cycle for high performance. That means your brain naturally needs a rest.
     
    What if you could reset your brain and your energy in just 15 minutes? Yes, 15 minutes!
     
    If you had to cut down a huge tree, you would stop and sharpen your saw. Taking short breaks to sharpen your saw so when you are working, you are focused and engaged, and your body is not in pain.
     
    For our last Get Strong FIX this month, let's have a ball! Together we will build balance as well as core and leg strength. Please bring a medium-sized ball (or even a yoga block or a water bottle will work!)
