    Your resilience superpowers

     Sometimes it's the simple questions that matter most. 
     
    What kind of person do you want to be? 
     
    In today's Body-Mind Resilience Class, let's identify the unique gifts and strengths you bring to this world. Your inherent strengths are some of your most potent tools for resilience. You may not even be aware of what they are or how you can utilize them!
     
    Are you good at knowing your weaknesses and actively working to improve those? While this is excellent work, let's explore a different approach. What would it be like to acknowledge your strengths and learn how to leverage them in every area of your life?
     
    So, who do you want to be? The truth is, you're already on your way. While it might be fun to have a blank slate to build your identity, you already have some great strengths to build from. Could you list those strengths? Here? Now? 
     
    It can be challenging to identify your strengths because those are the things you do well with little effort. So we gloss over them, yet they are the foundation of your identity. The VIA Character Strength Survey is a short, free assessment to identify your strengths. If you have time today, take the assessment and bring it to class!
