The good news? Your resilience response can be improved AND cultivated! You can train yourself to be more resilient so that when you are facing those challenges, you have a toolbox filled with practice to support your physical and mental wholebeing.
In our first Body-Mind Resilience training class, let's look at what resilience is, define PTG (post-traumatic growth,) and dive into the six competencies that enable PTG to happen. This month these classes will have a bit of lecture, some stories, and a lot of physical and mindfulness practices that you'll be able to add to your Resiliency Toolbox.
