    What is your resiliency response?

    Do you recall the last time you faced a setback, challenge, or change in your life? Maybe you're in the midst of something like this right now?
     
    When you're facing difficult times, do you have tools to help you keep going and navigate the stress and pressure?
     
    The one guarantee in life is that we inevitably will come up against these setbacks, challenges, and changes, despite our best efforts in trying to avoid them.
     
    The good news? Your resilience response can be improved AND cultivated! You can train yourself to be more resilient so that when you are facing those challenges, you have a toolbox filled with practice to support your physical and mental wholebeing.
     
    In our first Body-Mind Resilience training class, let's look at what resilience is, define PTG (post-traumatic growth,) and dive into the six competencies that enable PTG to happen. This month these classes will have a bit of lecture, some stories, and a lot of physical and mindfulness practices that you'll be able to add to your Resiliency Toolbox.
