    If someone asked you to make a soup you'd never heard of but didn't tell you the ingredients or how to cook it, you'd hardly have a chance at success.

     

    Almost everyone wants to make changes to their lives to help them thrive, be happier with themselves, eat healthier, get more exercise, and reduce stress. But just like the soup, we try to do it without knowing the ingredients and recipe directions.

     

    It's not that WE fail; it's a flaw in our design!

     

    Let's go to the drawing board. This week, you will apply what you learned in the first two fixes and design a wholebeing habit that is small enough to do and designed to stick. And you will design a positive feeling right into your recipe for creating new habits.
