    The dance of your mind and sleep

    In last week's Sleep FIX, we explored how exercise and yoga can support us in abating stress and getting more sleep. Have you added any movement or the legs up the wall yoga pose since?

     

    Remember that a part of our Sleep FIX journey together is being a "sleep scientist" and trying some of these habits on for size to see how and if they support you.

     

    This week, let's look at the dance that happens with your mind and sleep. I'll introduce you to two tools that can support your mind when you're feeling stuck with no plan except to count sheep.
