Welcome to your first Mindful Eating FIX! We have a fun fact for you...Did you know that the first stage of digestion happens before your food even hits your mouth?
It's a vital aspect of digestion that you could miss out on if you're mindlessly eating. And when that happens, your body isn't as equipped to adequately digest and utilize what you're taking in.
