    Leg strength for longevity

    The squat is vital for your everyday living because so much of your movement requires you to use the muscles that you engage while doing a squat.

     

    Anytime you're bending down to pick something up, sitting down in a chair or on the couch, or getting in and out of a car, you're utilizing those muscles. 

     

    By strengthening the muscles that you engage while you squat, you are actually improving your daily life activities! Join me this morning for an experience that will help you find healthy alignment and build a stronger lower body.

     

    This class is geared towards all fitness levels, so please join. I look forward to seeing you soon!
