    The squat is vital for your everyday living because so much of your movement requires you to use the muscles that you engage while doing a squat.

     

    You're utilizing those muscles whenever you're bending down to pick something up, sitting down in a chair or on the couch, or getting in and out of a car. 

     

    By strengthening the muscles that you engage while you squat, you are improving your daily life activities! Join me this morning for an experience to help you find healthy alignment and build a stronger lower body.
