    Can exercise improve your sleep?

    In last week's Sleep FIX, you started looking at your sleep hygiene and what habits you have that might be helping or hurting your sleep. 

     

    During that sleep inventory, I asked many of you to share what areas you'd like to focus on creating healthier habits around, and many of you mentioned wanting to add more physical activity to your day.

     

    So let's dig into that deeper this week in our Sleep FIX!

     

    Join me for a Sleep FIX today to learn about the role exercise plays in improving sleep (and stress!), and I'll teach you one of my favorite yoga poses that is a regular go-to for sleep support and stress relief.
