    On the journey through life, we each possess an inner compass. It’s a wealth of wisdom waiting to support and guide us through the experiences we’re navigating. 
     
    But how do we access that compass? 
     
    With all the distractions of life swirling around like the spring trees' petals, pulling our attention to the winds, how do we slow down and look inward? 
     
    There’s a reason that yoga and meditation have been around for thousands of years—these practices are tried and true in helping, and now science is showing why.
     
    Today’s practice will explore postures that support your nervous system in calming so that your body and mind can come to a place of clarity and stillness. In that stillness, you’ll find access to your compass and the voice of your inner wisdom.

    This is our last class together and I hope you'll join me live. Please bring a chair (we'll use it for some of the postures) and wear clothes you're comfortable moving in.
