Yoga for the fun of it
- Just because yoga has serious health benefits, doesn’t mean the practice has to be serious. Join Kate Howell for Yoga PLAY for a playful sequence of yogic movement and breath with open space for free-style exploration.
- Let go of expectations and flow in and out of balance postures with curiosity. Move (and sing along if you like!) to a specially curated feel-good playlist. And connect with a partner or a friend with some cool-down partner poses

Experienced Yogi and Wholebeing Guide
Meg has over 14 years of experience teaching and practicing holistic wellness and is an established and respected member of the Philadelphia Yoga community.
Meg is one of our most requested yoga teachers and Wholebeing Guide Presenters due to her passion and knowledge of the practices of yoga, meditation, reiki, and Ayurveda.

Kate Howell
Wholebeing Guide
Kate has been teaching Yoga since 2010, is a mother of two, and is a trained birth doula. She has co-taught the Wake Up Yoga Foundational Teacher Training Program and launched a Community Yoga Program at the East Passyunk Community Center in South Philadelphia.
With a background in movement theatre, Kate’s teaching is inspired by the integration of ritual, breath, and movement. Her approach is Trauma-Informed and focused on nervous system regulation, with an emphasis on conscious breathing and the mind-body connection.

Nicole Stottlemyer
Positive Psychology Guide
Nicole is an engaging facilitator, coach, and expert in the VIA Character Strengths. Trained at The Wholebeing Institute, she uses Positive Psychology to teach resilience, improve relationships, engage teams, and increase growth opportunities for personal and organizational success.
Nicole has been part of coordinating programs in Positive Psychology for The Wholebeing Institute at Kripalu and at the University of Pennsylvania.

Lena Lissitskaya
Wholebeing Guide
Lena works as a change management expert in sales in software industry for over 15 years in various settings from a technology start-up to well established enterprise companies.
She is also a certified mindfulness instructor trained with MBSR, Koru mindfulness and mindfulness at schools. She has served as a Teaching Assistant at Whole being institute after completing Certificate in Positive Psychology. For over 10 years Lena has served as a Wellness Advisor at Harvard College where she has been teaching mindfulness and positive psychology workshops to college students. Most recently Lena has added improvisation to her skills and passions.
