Each week we deliver programs to our corporate clients and hear the positive impacts; new skills for leading their teams and families, better capabilities for problem-solving and resilience when things change, and more ways to flow and grow with the daily stressors and tensions of work, and life. 
 
They let us know these are critical skills to this moment in history as we remake so much of our lives in this period of change that continues to be challenging and simultaneously ripe for growth.
 
So why PrasadaU? The short answer. Because we need each other. We need to rebuild some of the communities we lost with the pandemic. What if there were a community where you could be supported to live a life of health, purpose, and joy. And not just for this moment, but for the world we are rebuilding that will be our legacy and the world of children, and grandchildren. 
 
Did we take this time, did we find clarity and calm, passion and energy to use the fertile ground beneath us to align what we say matters, our health, time with our families, a more fair, green and peace-filled world?
 
Prasada program participants report our programs help them with the habits of wholebeing that allow them to be empathic leaders, wise friends, and kind family members. They tell us they have become more resilient, mindful, and compassionate. 
 
We've had slow, incremental, and intentional growth over the past decade. The next step is for us to build on the systems we have put in place, and use the tools we now have available to make our programs more accessible to a wider range of participants. With online tools, a more robust technology infrastructure we are now ready to do that.
 
IN for 10 was our first program toward that goal. And we've heard your requests for a space to be together (virtual and in real life), for programs that meet the growing needs for wholebeing support for emotional, mental, and physical health, and for more leadership skills all supported by a rich community so we can all to help keep the daily habits of wholebeing going.

ReConnect: Writing Letters of Gratitude

An embodied writing experience with Francine Bonjour-Carter

  • There are many ways to express gratitude and touch someone. In this unique, experiential workshop, you will write a letter that fits in a card that you make through a simple, creative process.
  • ReConnect will open your heart and center your body. True medicine against loneliness and overwhelm, this embodied experience will help you feel connected to yourself and others in a meaningful way through handwriting, creativity, and authenticity.
  • In this workshop, you'll: learn how writing letters is a practice of being present and slowing down, create a unique mixed media card (no experience or art background required), use body awareness as a way to open your creativity and authenticity, learn a simple technique to enter into your "writing space"
  • Prior to the workshop, you will receive a package with everything you need: beautiful stationery paper and stamped envelope, mixed-media art supplies, and a unique card you will embellish and personalize.
  • Individual Participant Fee: $45.00 + $17 materials fee
