River Mountain tent accommodation

Queen Bed/Shared Tent

Secluded in the trees, yet close to all the amenities, you'll find three well-spaced out, tent platforms with tee-pee style roofs to allow for a spacious interior. Fall asleep to the sounds of the crickets and nearby Sweet Root Creek. 

Each tent has two queen beds, your own campire pit with outdoor seating, and full linens, comforters, and towels are provided as well.

**Please note: The tents do not have electricity, however, you will be able to charge devices in the nearby Main Lodge, where the bathrooms and showers are located.**

Single Sleeping Pod

$2,375 USD

Four cabins are tucked away from the main grounds with stunning mountain views and 8-12 sleeping pods. In your pod, you'll have your own bed, small locker, power outlet, and privacy curtain. Full linens, comforters, and towels are provided as well

The cabins were built with community, connection, and fun in mind. Inside each cabin, you'll find two full bathrooms, a counter work area, an indoor sitting area, a large mini-fridge, microwave, coffee pot, electric kettle, expansive decks, outdoor firepits and seating, and they're all equipped with air conditioning.

 


River Mountain glamping yurt

Queen Bed/Shared Glamping Yurt

$2,625 USD

Four spacious yurts are placed around the campus of River Mountain and offer an opportunity to be close to nature with modern comforts. Each yurt has two queen beds, a skylight to the stars, electricity, and a private campfire pit with seating. Full linens, comforters, and towels are provided as well.

Just a short walk away and you'll find the bathrooms, showers, and a common building with a full-sized fridge, microwave, coffee pot, and electric kettle. 

 

Cancellation Policy

We understand that you don’t book this journey with the intention of canceling it, but sometimes unexpected events happen in life. We recommend that you purchase your own travel insurance that includes trip cancellation insurance so that your trip fees will be covered should you have a medical problem prior to or while on the trip. It should also cover medical expenses in the event you have an accident while on the trip.

If you wish to cancel your journey, you must notify Prasada in writing. Once we’ve received your notice, the cancellation will take effect subject to the following: If cancellation occurs more than 120 days before the trip start date, only the non-refundable deposit will be kept, and any additional payments made (minus processing fees) will be refunded. If cancellation occurs between 120 and 60 days before the trip start date, 50% of the retreat balance paid (minus processing fees) will be refunded. If cancellation takes place less than 60 days before the start date of the trip, there will be no refunds, no exceptions.

In making a deposit for this trip you will be freely agreeing to this Assumption of Risk and General Release Form. Please read and understand before making your deposit.
