
Total Wellness 2022-2023
Temple U has partnered with Prasada once again to bring you weekly live Wholebeing Programs via Zoom. You'll learn strategies and skills to successfully build your own wholebeing practices so you can feel better this year.
Here's how it works:
- Each month will feature a different theme with weekly 30-min Classes and 15-min FIX sessions.
- Register below for the full year of programs or choose the months you would like to register for individually under each monthly theme.
- You'll discover simple things you can do to create habits of awareness for mind and body to support your emotional, mental and physical health.
- Can't make it to the live programs? All classes and sessions will be recorded and posted to this page for your access through July 2023. We will also email the recordings to the registered participants after each program is completed.
- No prior experience or special equipment is needed for any of the programs!

Your participation in the Total Wellness program is eligible for benefit credits. Once you register and attend the live programs, you can submit your participation on the Independence Blue Cross (IBC) Member Portal.
- Complete up to 12 of the 15-minute FIX programs and earn 5 credits for each (not to exceed 60 credits for the plan year).
- Complete up to 12 of the 30-minute classes and earn 5 credits for each (not to exceed 60 credits for the plan year).

Additional Daily + Monthly Live Programs
Wholebeing for Everyone
Prasada offers complimentary Live virtual offerings available to everyone. Join us daily Monday-Friday or check back each month for featured classes or workshops and themed resources for each month of the year.
We encourage you to use these programs to build an organized wellness schedule for your team, enhance your current wellness offerings, or simply use them to support your individual mental, physical, and emotional health. Please share them with anyone you think would be interested. All are welcome.
Daily Live Support
Join us for Prasada's daily IN for 10 sessions offered Monday-Friday @ 12 noon ET Live via Zoom and on Facebook Live.
5 minutes of Yoga + 5 minutes of Mindfulness led by an experienced Wholebeing Guide to help you find clarity, energy, and focus. No registration is required.
Monthly Themed Programs
Join us each month for a selection of themed classes or workshops related to that month's theme. Registration for these programs is encouraged.
