Temple U has partnered with Prasada to bring you a series of monthly live 45-minute Virtual Workshops. You will discover simple things you can do each day to feel better while learning strategies and skills to successfully build your own wholebeing practices and support your physical and emotional well-being. 

Here's how it works:

  • Register below for the full calendar of workshops or choose the individual programs you would like to register for under each monthly theme. 
  • Your participation in these workshops is eligible for benefit credits. Once you register and attend the live workshops, you can submit your participation on the Independence Blue Cross (IBC) Member PortalFor each 45-min workshop you attend live you will earn 5 credits. CLICK HERE to submit your participation.
  • Can't make it to the live programs? All workshops will be recorded and posted to this page for your access through October 2024. We will also email the live program recordings to the registered participants after each workshop is completed.
