Move heading May

May 2022 | MOVE

This month we have two offerings for you to MOVE in different ways throughout your day.

Both classes will be during your workday so you can see how short movement breaks can reduce stress and help you sharpen your focus.

You'll experience a Get Strong class that focuses on the importance of building leg strength and later in the month, you'll continue your breathwork exploration with a special breathwork + yoga class that will guide you on how this practice can help you move and shape your energy.

We are excited to offer these special classes so you can steep in the benefits of these practices. They are appropriate for all levels, so please join us LIVE on Zoom and invite a friend to join you!
