resilience

March 2022 | RESILIENCE

This month we have two offerings for you to experience the theme of RESILIENCE.

Did you know that you can train to be more resilient and that the practices of yoga and breathwork are key elements of this training? Both practices build vagal tone and support your nervous system.

We are excited to offer these special classes so you can steep in the benefits of these practices. They are appropriate for all fitness levels, so please join us LIVE on Zoom and invite a friend to join you!
