- Give yourself the gift of slowing down with this rejuvenating yoga practice. Restorative yoga utilizes props and supported longer holds to support your nervous system and clear your mind.

Kate Howell
Wholebeing Guide
Kate has been teaching in the Philadelphia area since 2010, is a mother of two, and is a trained birth doula. She has co-taught the Wake Up Yoga Foundational Teacher Training Program and launched a Community Yoga Program at the East Passyunk Community Center in South Philadelphia. With a background in movement theatre, Kate’s teaching is inspired by the integration of ritual, breath, and movement. Her approach is Trauma-Informed and focused on nervous system regulation, with an emphasis on conscious breathing and the mind-body connection.
